How to block Facebook spam including zombies and other delights

Sick of being bitten, and other rubbish on Facebook?

Step one - click 'Inbox' and then 'Notifications'

Step two - pick the application that is annoying you, and uncheck it. Then click "Mark as Spam"

And you're done.

In other news, I deleted my Orkut account.

Thanks for this - great tip. I'd been wondering how to stop the (*%$ing things jamming up.

I don't want to be a zombie badger, alien mongoose, or play shove-ha'penny with anyone, on facebook or otherwise.
